KLAY was founded with the objective of providing high quality structured early childhood care to enable women to go back to work, guilt free knowing their child would be taken care off in a near home like environment.

Our whole service is developed keeping a parent in mind thinking through the grind working parents go through. Starting at 5 months the programs go up all the way to 10 years at which state we feel children are independent enough. All the programs and events are scheduled in a way that doesn’t interfere with a parent’s work day but at the same time allow parents to have active meaningful engagement with their children.

KLAY believes that children’s minds in their formative years are like clay and need to be provided the right environment to flourish. The three important pillars in a young child’s life at this stage are the father, mother and the teachers. A child is learning largely from their immediate environment, an environment they feel safe and secure in. KLAY provides exactly this – an environment where a child can be his/her own person, feels at home, is safe and secure but has enough avenues to explore. KLAY has well trained teachers who provide a structure for children to work in and are children with them to spur their curiosity. The children’s primary carers at KLAY are well trained early childhood staff – this is one of the biggest differentiators for KLAY.
