Founding Years Learning Solutions Private Limited (“FYLS”) was established in the year 2011 with the brand KLAY. In 2014, FYLS acquired TLC Childcare Services which was then managing day-cares under the brand name of The Little Company (TLC). TLC is one of India’s first professionally managed Daycare Centres which started its first independent Centre in Bandra, Mumbai in June 2003. We have acquired two more such professionally managed preschool and Daycare centres over the last 5 years WeCare in Bangalore and Intellitots In Gurgaon which has enabled us to build a significant pan-India presence to cater to corporate’s needs across various cities. At present, we have over 125 centres, 2000+ employees and 6000+ children across our 2 brands – KLAY & KARE. KARE is a model that we had exclusively introduced to for Corporate partners who are looking at providing only childcare without a structure learning curriculum under 3 years of age typically in factory locations.
